Travel Advisors and Curators featured or referenced on this site are independent contractors and are not legal partners, employees, or agents of Off The Grid Getaways.

Professional Services & "The Human Shield"

While Off The Grid Getaways acts as your travel advocate and "Human Shield" to navigate disruptions and logistics, we are a travel advisory service and not a direct supplier of travel (e.g., cruise lines, airlines, hotels).

Advocacy: We provide 100% human accountability. In the event of a supplier error, we act on your behalf to resolve the issue.
Limitation of Liability: Off The Grid Getaways acts only as a sales agent for any cruise line, hotel, tour operator, or other service provider named in your itinerary. We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these third-party suppliers, including supplier-initiated cancellations, weather-related delays, or changes to ship itineraries.
Travel Insurance: Because "life happens," we strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance. We can provide referrals to preferred insurance providers upon request.

Pricing, Availability & "Secret Unicorn" Deals

Capacity Controlled: All featured sailings and "Secret Unicorn" deals are time-sensitive and capacity-controlled. Rates and availability are subject to change without notice until a deposit is confirmed by the supplier.
MNVV Terms: "My Next Virgin Voyage" (MNVV) loyalty benefits and credits are subject to Virgin Voyages' specific terms and conditions. These must be applied within the defined validity period and are non-transferable unless specified.

Privacy Policy & Data Collection

Your privacy is non-negotiable.

Lead Forms: By submitting our "Plan My Trip" form, you consent to being contacted via Email or WhatsApp regarding your specific inquiry.
WhatsApp Deals: Joining the "Secret Unicorn" WhatsApp list is voluntary. You can opt-out at any time by leaving the group.
Data Security: We never sell your personal data. Information is only shared with travel suppliers for the purpose of securing your bookings.

Content and imagery are used for reference and promotional purposes as an authorized independent representative.
